On a beautiful island, Fernando is the only guy on the island. Mia finally married her Fernando and if she wanted a happy life with her husband, it was not to be. As every day, big-breasted demons come to take him away and make him their own. To say Mia is overly protective is an understatement.
Mia was doing fine beating back the hoards of demons until one day the Sorceress Morganna came and took him for her own. Now Mia must set off across the island and get Fernando back and teach these demons a lesson.
If you have ever played an Eastasiasoft game, you know what you are in for. Boob, jokes and weird stuff. But nothing surprising if you have played a game by Eastasiasoft.
Lucky for us, the gameplay is simple and solid. Mia is a joy to play as very responsive. This is fantastic with the amount of platforming and close quarters combat.
At the start of the game, Mia can just jump and attack. However, she will unlock new powers after defeating the bosses. Her first upgrade is a shield that allows her to block damage and reflect it back to the enemy at the cost of some mana.
As Mia slaughters the big boobed army, she can make their souls leave them by stomping on them, ripping off wings and more. She has anger issues. Mia will gain coins. There are also loads of hidden areas, packed with coins. Money is used to upgrade Mia’s swords, health, and so on.
Wife Quest is split into six different levels, each with its own design and each level will test your skills with your new ability. The levels are really well designed and keep you on your toes.
At the end of each area is a boss fight. The fights start with the bosses belittling Mia and her flat chest. And say how Fernando would prefer big boobs. The bosses are a decent challenge and will keep you on your toes.
Overall, Wife Quest is a great wee action platformer, with loads of personality. The story is ridiculous and all tongue, cheek and boobs. For the price, its worth every penny.
